Lincoln’s development of the Clear-Grease Gun has allowed maintenance facilities around the world to easily identify the correct grease type without having to remove the canister from the gun. The clear tube also prevents the accidental usage of an incorrect lubricant that might damage or overheat sensitive equipment.
Lincoln developed these clear tubes for use by the military and they have successfully held up to the harsh environment of armed forces maintenance shops throughout the world.
With these clear tubes, the consumer can expect to get the same quality that the Lincoln name is known for. The high strength clear tubes and aluminum adapters allow the gun to be resistant to damage from drops and damage from other tools.

Lincoln Industrial has developed a new Rotary pump line that is designed for the safe and reliable transfer of most petroleum based liquids. The model 1387 is designed specifically for use in the automotive, agriculture, and construction industries where the safe and reliable transfer of fluids is paramount. A seal-tight telescoping tube allows the 1387 pump to be used in drums ranging in size from 16 to 55 gallons. Included with this pump is an 8’ x ¾” hose with a non-sparking aluminum nozzle that will significantly reduce the threat of fire. There is also an internal check valve that prevents drain back and is designed to provide instant restarting with no priming. Lincoln has introduced its new line of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Handling Equipment for vehicle service applications involving heavy-duty truck, agricultural machinery, construction and mining equipment. Designed for installed, stationary and portable service applications, Lincoln’s durable DEF components meet strict material compatibility requirements. Lincoln DEF components include its Air-Operated Double Diaphram (AODD) and Rotary AC Electric pumps, Hose Reels, Dispense Valves and Meters, as well as other accessories. The 1/2-inch DEF hose reels are easier to install, use and maintain than most common 3/4-inch DEF reels. Lincolns stainless steel dispense valves are available with digital meters and include an automatic shut-off feature to prevent accidental overfilling. The DEF meters display current and cumulative total volumes for accurate recording and can be calibrated for English or Metric units, or for special measurements defined by the user. Lincoln’s DEF equipment can be set up to pump from the customer’s closed Integrated Bulk Container (IBC) Totes, closed 55-gallon drums or custom tanks.
Lincoln is again offering Model 4481 Oil Rider Portable Tank with Pump and Meter for the automotive service market. Utilizing Lincoln’s Model 4475 single-stroke pump, the Oil Rider provides for the fast, reliable transfer of natural and synthetic motors oils. The package has been upgraded to include the Lincoln 908EF meter to dispense in English or metric volumes.
Developed to withstand harsh shop environments, the Oil Rider is constructed of high-strength, lightweight polyethylene that helps to protect the finish on customer vehicles when working in close quarters. Its high-capacity tank services as many as 25 vehicles between refills.
The unit’s balanced tank design, large pneumatic wheels and molded, encased baffle make it easy to maneuver around the shop. Molded brackets protect the 10-foot hose and meter and keep them neatly in place when not in use.

Lincoln’s Light-Duty Reels are ideal for home and small vehicle service shops. They feature a steel housing and 30-foot SJTOW cold weather compatible cord that is grease, oil and water resistant. The reels are available with fluorescent light or triple tap extensions and offer an adjustable cord stop with anti-kink cord spring. The Light-Duty Reels may be mounted on the wall or ceiling.
Developed for vehicle maintenance and industrial environments, Lincoln’s Medium-Duty Reels feature a durable, flame-resistant ABS housing and 50-foot SJTOW cold weather compatible cord that is grease, oil and water resistant. Lincoln has introduced its new Model 84951 Metal Oil Bar with a three-spigot capacity. New locking and non-locking Spigot variations are available to fit the unit. The Metal Oil Bar features a modular design constructed entirely of steel and a 2.9-gallon removable reservoir. Hole knockouts for 812 inline digital meters are provided.
Lincoln’s locking and non-locking Spigots have 3/4-inch NPT outside threads and 1/2-inch NPT inside threads and a pressure rating of 750 psi. Their wetted components are steel, aluminum and nitrile rubber for compatibility with hydraulic and other medium-viscosity oils up to SAE 90.
